I worked with IPHider a bit and figured out that to make it work for me I had to unload my f-secure internet security and it worked just fine. I have used it a few times to recieve software license keys from UK promotions when other proxys had failed.

Mike, do not unload ur Fsecure. Rather just disable the firewall.

Unloading leaves ur system open to attacks..
