    A new look

    Watch the video to get an overview of the improvements.
    You will automatically get upgraded to the new look soon. If you don't want to wait, you can switch to it today by logging into Gmail and clicking Switch to the new look.

    No drastic changes... looks ok.
    Btw i have noticed 1 thing, when i upgrade to new gmail i am getting the ads on gmail, whereas when i am on the old look it's not there. Does it happen to all?

    It's gone ...

    Goto Settings --> Web Clips and then uncheck the box. It will go away
