    Paint.NET v3.5.3

    Paint.NET v3.5.3 - released February 7, 2010.

    One of the best freeware image editors around, imho. I'm impressed by the activity of the development. The previous release was in January. While GIMP is usually thought of as a Photoshop replacement, Paint.NET comes close to the others without the steep learning curve. As a long-time user of Photoshop, I feel it's a good option for those looking for a free solution.

    Paint.net is a good option for people who want a simple solution compared to Photoshop and GIMP but better than MS Paint. :P

    I used and do have Paint.net in my downloads but found it still limited compared to others but it is an awesome editor and can do a lot that others can't. You won't go wrong trying this out for sure and I did find for picture editing, Paint.net works like a charm.
