yes you can install it along with mbam. You wont face any conflicts between them. Till now i am not facing any problem or conflicts between the two.

Hakah both are different. I mean Hitman pro/MBAM/SAS is specialized in malware/spyware/rougeware security whereas Spyshelter is an antikeylogger. Keylogger is small program which monitors all your keystrokes. It is some kind of spying tool, to monitor what you are typing on the system. Hackers use this to steal passwords or other important info. To protect your system from keyloggers antikeloggers can be used and sypshelter is one such tool.
SO basically you cant compare between the two.
