    A complete tweaking program for Windows.

    TweakNow PowerPack is a great Windows optimizer and tweaker comparible to many paid-for versions of similar software. It hosts a ton of features to improve your computers performance and to tweak a varaity of Windows functions. You can generate system reports as well as create backups of any changes made.

    I used Tweaknow Powerpack 2010 on XP (except the registry cleaner)

    IMHO one of the best free tools to tweak a Windows PC. Especially to disable Auto-run function in XP.

    After reading that you (a Power user) recommend it, I will install it on Windows 7

    For freeware it is actually really good. And it is nice because it automatically backs-up any changes you make so if you accidentally do something wrong, you can just restore it from the backup. And this is the new version 3.2.2 2011 just released a few days ago.
