I have seen during downloading a video that IDM "download progress Dialog box" runs without windows 7 Aero effects while all other Idm interfaces have Aero effects.Anyone noticed that.....

The video downloader feature is sweet! It does a really nice job of download YouTube videos. (Bye, bye YouTube downloading apps) :wave:
Haven't tried the Site Grabber yet, but look forward to it.
Very little wonder so many have so many good things to say about this app.
One thing, and haven't found the answer on their website yet, but they give you free updates for one year: what's the renewal price? Anyone know?

As far as I know, The license key is valid for 6.x.x and not limited to year etc. Still you can email their support and they will answer it , probably the same as I said.:dance:Quote:

thank you for the idm license. was really pleased to have won that.
i have thoroughly used idm the past few days and am really pleased with it. it had a few issues pertaining to flash after my internet explorer 9 upgrade but these were fairly quickly solved.
what i find most useful in idm is the flash video grabber feature wherein it can directly download the source video file from the flash video that is loading. i tried multiple video sites like youtube, yahoo and it works on the majority of them. it does not work with bbc iplayer however :(
i also tried site grabber and it works well. all in all idm is a must have tool.
