No, I said that most video capture tools dont work with screenshots. Thats because of the frames used in a video. If you try it you will probably get a black screenshot.

Try TheKMPlayer, Play the video file. pause it when you get to the sreen you want. Now press the key combo "Ctrl + E" or right click and select "Capture>Frame:Original Size: and save the image to a folder of your choice
