My computer wont let me uninstall anything?

This question is asked by a user at Yahoo answers.

whenever I go to my uninstall programs list and choose a program to uninstall it says "The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation" then it says "You do not have sufficient access to uninstall (name of program). Please contact your system administrator" I am an administrator on the comp and it wont let me uninstall anything. Could someone please tell me how to fix this. My comp is a Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit operating system.

Well, Does this happens for every program or does it happen with some specific program uninstall?

If it happens with some particular application it means some one has changed the administrative access for that particular program. Otherwise you may be infected with some virus or malware.
