Time between reporting posts

Thats a lot of time......and I feel should be reduced, if not removed.

I am back and will fix it in next few hours

It looks like it may take some serious coding as i cant find a option to reduce this time period which means it may take time. If i can find a easier way, I will reduce it to 60 secs.
