Prevent an application from running

I want to know if there is a way to prevent an application from running by making it ask for a password.

Example:

If I or someone launches acrobat, it should ask for a password to launch.

Please help.

Are u using Winutilities Grr. It has a .exe protector module which may help you.
I haven't tried that though.
