Until recently i was using Macrium Free for weekly imaging, and GFI Home (free) for daily backup, but just started using Paragon Backup & Recovery™ 10 Home Special Edition (from a giveaway) for both.

Paragon has an "unmount" error reported at wilderssecurity.com...do you encounter it?

Macrium Reflect free or paid is very good compared to Paragon.
ShadowProtect Desktop is the one the best and highly reliable and excellent backup IMHO, too bad it's way to expensive for home users(since their primary market is aimed at small-big businesses) and also for every new update the price is same

    I do backup via:

Acronis True Image 11 Home - once a month or if there is any major changes after that.
Genie9 Professional 1.5 - backup every week manually.

These are on separate dedicated drives ( 1 tb Western Digital Caviar)
