How do you backup your important data?

Installed Acronis Discwizard

Didn't have to use the trick that Damien mentioned.

I did a successful partition recovery 30 minutes ago, im using "Paragon B&R 10 Home SE".
My wife got the pc infected with some virus yesterday, and i didn't had the time and nerves to do some "cleaning" with AV et.c., i have a recent backup from 1 week ago on my hdd, so i used the bootable rescue media and the restoration was finished in 12 min.
Now, everything works fine again, thanks to Paragon

That's what most users do infact as they are unaware of some of these complicated backup solutions.

I see, Avi. Frankly I don't trust cloud service. I doubt whether it's secure enough. The server has a high risk to be hacked.
