How to reposition user account pictures in windows 7 logon screen?

Weird?? Nope....

Actually this thing came into my mind few day back and from then i am searching an answer for it. Most of the people knows Microsoft has kept a provision for logon background change in windows 7 and there are many application in the market which simply does that part. But what if i want to reposition the user account pictures? Is there any provision for that? Is there any tweaks which do this?
Many people must be happy just to change the logon background but for me its not enough so i am on a lookout for a answer to this.

Can anybody help me?? Waiting eagerly for replies..
