i have used trial version of winrar for nearly 6-7 month it supposed to be the best compression software and by evaluting winzip and 7-zip i can appoint winrar as king of compression.i was fed of trial versions thats why i moved to 7 zip but it is not up to my expectations, looking for winrar, i heard of new winrar 4 which has 30% more compression rate than the previous one. after that winrar will move far ahead of its compititor.must have software.appreciate avi for this post.

The portable edition is called WinRAR unplugged. We can have them from . But the development of WinRAR unplugged seems to be rather left behind since it is still in version 3.91.
The key can be renewed. You should contact WinRAR support for asking a new one. (I did thatGot a reply, this key is only for v3.9. Does not allow updates to v4.)
