Got this from one of winners

First of all ...thanks for the license.
Install Safe Returner normally on Win XP sp3, but :
- at first opening, i could not see the mouse pointer...he walks behind the program window !
- Nevertheless I manage to activate it with the license key, it asks to reboot for the control...
- after reboot, not registered.
- reboot again (after closing the program first this time) : OK ! I see my mouse pointer and it's registered !
- try to update ... receive an error message (see attach : snap-2010)
- try to make a scan... after several attempts the scan begins, but at a moment the program close and it created a log on the desktop (see attach catchme.log).
That's what I call a bad experience.

Here is whats inside log file

creating catchme.sys error: Het proces heeft geen toegang tot het bestand omdathet bestand door een ander proces wordt gebruikt.
driver loading error read file error: C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\VBoxNetFlt.sys, Het systeem kan het opgegeven bestand niet vinden.
read file error: C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\TfKbMon.sys, Het systeem kan het opgegeven bestand niet vinden.

As far as i remember, Ashwin had recently installed it on XP. So he could help us out.
