Microsoft Hotmail has started taking advantage of the Active View platform so as to provide users with a more dynamic email experience. Thanks to Active View people with a Hotmail account will be able to 'interact' with an email almost as they would with a web page.
To kick off the Active View fun Microsoft partnered up with Orbitz and Monster.com who'll be sending emails enabling users to find a hotel for their next trip or search for a better job without leaving the inbox.
Microsoft is currently testing out the new functionality but aims to extend its availability in the coming months.
