Looks like the site and forum both are down. I did a "tracert raymond.cc" and it timed out. Looks like they are having issues with their server or hosting company.

Update- i can access forum.

Yes, for past few weeks the site is experiencing outage. Some problems with their hosting it seems. Even now, while I'm replying I can't access the forum.
