Forum Problems : Big ones

Most of you may have not been able to access either the blog or the forum.

My webhosting company Dreamhost did a bit of fixing up with the servers which resulted in all this.

Guess what, when the server came back online and my blog was up, I found the forum is gone, wiped out due to that problem fixing they did.

It was worse. I asked the dreamhost guys and found they dont have backups of my forum.

After trying everything else, I had to get to my own backups which i do normaly daily. Finally i was able to restore the forum from my backups, but the backup is atleast 1.5 days old.

So few threads and posts may be missing here. If any of the members face any issues, just email me or PM me and I will fix that. :P

Glad it's up and going again. Well at least they did a back up to keep most of the info here which is good.

Well, It was my backup not the webhosts which helped me put this back. :P
