I don't see this screen after logged in. Maybe some issues with the forum software.

Well, just close the updated rules notice which is just below this screen and it will be gone. Sorry for the inconevenience. I am not a perfect coder or even a average code guy and hence these bugs.

Just use the close "X" button for updated rules notice and all will be fine.

I logged in for first time and I saw one.....after I close the browser(FF) and opened Chrome there was none...hmmmm...
