As far as i know Xvid is a video codec and LoL mean laugh out loud. I dont think its related to the video its just that the uploader wants to separate his uploads form the others with this catch phrase.
I dont download and watch tv series so please dont mind if i get wrong

Well, LOL here means the name of group. LOL is the name of the group which are famous for quality releases of TV series for long time.
