How to accurately find memory of a process?

Your answer may be open Task Manager and see... After seeing this situation I was confused. Because Task Manager says Avast UI is using 3732 K and Tuneup says 6336 K.

Which one is right? Also, if you have any suggestions on how to exactly find memory of a process then tell me.

    Thank you.

Well, the values may differ depending on parameters like " how much real time" the data is. Is it avaerage over certain time or say 60 secs or something else. Explorer gives you almost a real time value and I will check the tuneup value later when i log in windows. Rt now on Ubuntu.

Process Explorer and Tuneup show me the same value. But, RamMap differ with their values... So 4 different software coming up with 3 different values... That made me confused. So, I decided to do a research into this...
