    PotPlayer - A freeware multimedia player published by Daum. Supports almost every available video formats out there. Player contains internal codecs and there is no need to install codecs manually. Other key features include Webcam/Analog/Digital TV devices support, gapless video playback, DXVA, live broadcasting.

    I was just reading a review on this today at a blog. I've been using KMPlayer for the last year or so and plan on giving this a try (it's developer by the same guy who wrote KMPlayer before it was bought by Pandora.tv)
