Is it possible to increase VMware OS RAM?

Currently using XP in VMPlayer with 512mb RAM.

IS it possible to increase RAM size, I can't do it as it is greyed.

@grr, You may be trying when the Virtual machine i.e. XP is running. Try it when the Virtual machine is powered Off

Thanks, will have 2 wait for a few hours to power off & try.

btw what is Power-off?

power off-- just like normal shutdown of your virtual machine as you do to a normal system. Just shutdown the XP.

yup avi is right shut off xp and then change ram
