    Windows 8 looking to replace toolbars with Ribbons

    Microsoft is experimenting with a new user interface for its upcoming next-generation operating system, Windows 8, which would in part replace toolbars and the traditional ‘File, Edit, View’ bar with a Ribbon.

    This may not seem as much of a surprise, as many applications in incumbent Windows 7, including Wordpad and Paint, along with trendsetting Office 2007 and 2010 applications, already include the Ribbon.

    all these r fake.....lots of posts flooding nowadays on windows-8...

    I don't think that these pictures are fake ...All of them are certainly not fake .....This is a old trend of Microsoft to create a hype about their new products......You can take any example ..Like "windows 7" or "Live Essentials" .....Before every major product release ,their Screenshots or some Pre Beta builds Hits the internet...and surprisingly Microsoft Always keep quiet ..After a few months every one see that those Pictures were Real .....

    Not fake but its MS's publicity stunt. Its their strategy to be in the limelight.
