Notes:

1. I had to use internet explorer (regrettably) to run the download manager because firefox doesn't have the option to run, just save.
2. You have seven days or three download attempts to get the software, after that you need to contact Colleen.
3. Once the installation is complete it asks if you want to register the software. I tried to register it but it didn't let me because it's necessary to have bought the program in order to register it.

I've had this happen before (one contest, 3 winners didn't get their emails and all had accounts from the same place)

So, after it asks you to register and then won't let you, did it show up as registered?

Got my email via alternate address and successfully installed it.

Install Notes:

1. When the install program came up I was presented with "Remove" or "Repair" ==> probably because I had the trial still installed
2. Choose "Repair" and the whole process went without a hitch.
3. Upon program launch I was asked to register the product,
4. web page opened, entered e-mail and informed account already existed?
5. Choose "Reset Password", got e-mail at original address (showed up in SPAM)
6. Reset password and was given my registration number
