Rocketdock is a gr8 application if you love some great sidebars. For me still no sidebars even though I have tried every app that Ashwin talked about, but perhaps default is best for me.

Sidebars make it easy to access frequently used apps... one may argue that shortcuts on the desktop can accomplish the same but apps like rocket dock make desktop clutter free

    Hi Raghav, to the forum.

If you are looking for a clutter free desktop, you may also be interested in Fences.

It is also a Stardock product and its freeware too.

What it does is, it allows you to create different fences (boxes containing the icons) on your desktop.

You can categorize them as per your needs, and right-click on any fence to rename or delete, etc.

Moving a fence will move all icons inside it too. Double clicking on your desktop will hide the fences (and the icons) and double clicking again will make them re-appear.

I believe it requires .net framework to run.

Visit this link to read more and download it.
