Yup, it took sometime, but at the last step i.e. where it asks us to reboot to finish installation, it stuck and that caused the problem and I had to uninstall it. Anyway, just now activated ASC 4 Pro for 1 year

Question: Not able to install the software, what can I do?

    Answer:
You should try disabling the Antivirus software. This is highly recommended if you have Norton or McAfee. After that you should try running the installation again
Sam, thats what you get when you install McAfee
