How to limit Internet utilization per process?

I'm facing issues with Vuze torrent client. It is using whole bandwidth without giving any chance to other applications. So, I'm unable to browse, update antivirus etc while downloading torrent.

I tried to lower the upload and download speed limits of Vuze, but it didn't solve the problem. So, if anybody have an idea on how to limit Vuze's internet utilization please tell me.

    Thanks

After uninstalling that driver speed has improved a bit.

Glad that you fixed the problem on your own. Vuze is a bloated torrent client which majority of users ditched in favor of utorrent long time back.
