Hi hakah, they are two very different software.
As far as I know MachStudio Pro is a realtime 3D rendering software; it's a real-time 3D technology that complements existing design, modeling and animation software by significantly reducing the time and cost to produce CG images.
It allows the user to see instant changes to lighting, shadows, materials,...
MachStudio Pro is a software suitable for designers working in film, broadcast, game development, computer-assisted design (CAD), and pre and postproduction to create and manipulate fully rendered film-quality 3D design and animation.
Corel Draw X5, is a graphics suite on all fronts for professional graphics illustration, layout, tracing, photo editing, Web graphics and animation in one complete suite of integrated applications.
It is good for the vector graphics (suitable for creating logos, flyers, invitations, calendars), Web graphic and animation, and bitmap graphics (photo retouching ...but not at levels of Photoshop!).

So which is better depends on what you do with it.
