CopyToDVD does not copy or convert video files, but only burns them.
To copy you need to have DVD copy software installed such as DVDShrink, DVDFab Decryter, and/or, 1 ClickDVDCopy, or WinX DVDV Ripper. WinX video converter or similar for conversion.
