A response from webhost

Hello,

Unfortunately today we experienced a major power outage in the Texas datacenter. The issue was in the datacenter so not specific to KnownHost but it effected a large portion of our business. At this time the power issue has been resolved and now we're going through each individual server to bring everyone back online. We are deeply sorry for this inconvenience and want to make sure you understand we did everything we could within minutes of noticing the issue was occurring. We updated our forums here as updates became available but we had limited information throughout the afternoon so did the best with what we were given in terms of ETA’s. Again we are very sorry this happened and hope our commitment to you overshadows this rare occurrence
