Chinese version 5 and English version 4.8 why ?

They didn't release v4.8 for Chinese users. they jumped from 4.7 to 5

when will they launch English v5 ?
i know chinese version supports English.

New features in v5: (what I have observed)

1. Keyboard Skins
2. Tilt to change keyboard layout (select layout in settings)
3. Has numbers, symbols in the same keys as the letters.
4. Pencil button in the top row has editing options + arrow keys

with ver5 you can also opt to have that toolbar or not that they put in.. i believe 4.8 you cant remove it just yet.
