You need an Amazon account and a twitter account for this.
1. Follow

2. Sign in to amazon and visit

3. Click on Tweet and get 2$

It will ask you to Authorize amazon app via twitter. Click allow.

You will get 2$ in your amazon a/c.

You can check that by going to the appstore and select any app below 2$. On the right hand side of the details page for the app, you will see "Redeem coupon code"
You will see Android App 2$.

Just click on "1 click buy", even though it will show the original price, you will not be charged for it.
