New Rule/Forum check required

I don't know if this is implemented, but at lease I couldn't experience it.

On many forums there is some rule due to which we cannot making post after post; there needs to be some interval between 2 posts.

In this way also spamming could be reduced.

there are good enough checks already going on in background and things like this are already in place. If something like spam is detected, it will be taken care of.

I wont like to disclose this. Members can post as much as they want until its a spam. If Spam is detected, it will be automatically put on hold or in Mods queue before its live.
