Yup. MS screwed up Internet Explorer, especially IE 6, and Firefox captured the 1 position.

Doubt they can recapture their former place.

I dont think so. Acc to some reports even chrome has overtaken IE. One day will come when IE becomes reduntant. IEs popularity i due to the fact that many sites are only compatible with IE and due to naive computer users. The 2nd one is the major reason

As far as i know IE is still at the top and the reason we all know . Yes FF will soon grab the pole position, without a doubt. But how long it can hold onto the pole is a big question as google chrome is fast increasing.
Maybe its a joint effort from both the company to fight against Google.


At the end of the day i don't care as long as i can switch back to google as my default search engine
