the promo license didn't work, although they didn't remove the serial.

make sure u have backed up these files to preserve the license info:
\user\current\Local Settings-folder
\Application Data\00000127-file
\Application Data\VX Search Pro\vxsearchpro.flx-file

and

C\Program Files\VX Search Pro\bin\vxsrch.flx-file

the promo license didn't work, although they didn't remove the serial.
