No no,dont visit the site directly.
The latest version's page is a referral link, which can only be accessed by Pro users
Open Glary utilities pro and click on Status->Check for updates.
This should take you to the latest version's download page

Okie...so finally how did u manage to update?

Glary Utilities database update available.
It is a tiny 103kb file which can only be downloaded from within Glary Utilities.
Not sure what it is for, i suppose it is for registry entries to be ignored or the built in spyware remover database.
Well anyway, to update the database or program version:
Open Glary utilities Pro> Click on 'Status'> Click on 'Check for Updates'
Current Database date is 22nd of April 2010.
BTW Current version is 2.21.0.863
