    NO I cant as they are not visible, just can see ***** and I dont know what it is. Airtel guys fixed that.

    Keep Alive didn't help

    Tried configuring for PPPoE - didn't work.

    back to step1 now

    Well, If putting user name and passwords in PPPoE - didn't work, then its a issue at your ISP server end. Ask them to fix it.

    If they cant fix, you need to change ISP.

    after setting PPPoE it didn't got subnet mask, Ip, DNS, etc details.

    So it was not able to get online with PPPoE configuration.

    The solution is just ask Tata customer care support to fix it.
