Ashwin,no I haven't settled for Bit Defender though it does look promising.It takes lot of memory and can make your system really slow,that what I am concerned about.What are your opinions about BD?I came across this offer on a another site and I thought I share it here,that's all.

Still searching for the best one.ClamWin seems quite good and also what do you think of the sudden rise of cloud based Anti-viruses?
One more thing what's your main Anti-virus on your system?

My experience with BD wasnt very good. It slowed my system and many false positives.
Clamwin is an on-demand scanner, however Clam win Sentinel is a real time protection.

Hey Ashwin,Clam win Sentinel has real time protection,but I have MBAM Pro so I must turn off atleast one of the real time protection modules.BTW is Clam win Sentinel paid or free,I think it uses Immunet technology which is free.

IMO Outpost firewall is quite good and license is permanent too just as a suggestion.

Panda Cloud AV is good but I read somewhere it suffers from possible zero day exploits

Yes I agree that NIS 2010 has improved a lot,but still detection rate can be better though

I bet you must be aware of the newly released Norton beta version 2011 too.

So which one would you prefer NIS or N360?
