    Firefox 3.6.4 Beta

    Firefox 3.6.4 provides uninterrupted browsing for Windows and Linux users when there is a crash in the Adobe Flash, Apple Quicktime or Microsoft Silverlight plugins.


    If a plugin crashes or freezes, it will not affect the rest of Firefox.

    You will be able to reload the page to restart the plugin and try again.



    Firefox 3.6.4 also fixes the following issues found in previous versions of Firefox 3.6:

    • Fixed several security issues.
    • Fixed several stability issues.

    FireFox 3.6.6 has been released



    Firefox 3.6.6 modifies the crash protection feature to increase the amount of time that plugins are allowed to be non-responsive before being terminated.

    Thanks for the update. I'm still using v3.5, will update next month. Require a lot of clean-up.

    I suppose you are referring to the 100s of tabs , but I would suggest upgrading as soon as possible because of security loopholes.

    Especially if you use online banking or credit card services.

    Yes, those 100 tabs..

    well no I use only IE for banking purpose..

    Ok I think you should be safe as long as you keep IE updated/patched
