Rising PC Doctor is a very good Spyware/Trojan removal software.
Also checks for Windows Hotfixes updates.
Immunizes USB media when you plugin a USB storage device, to prevent any malware infection.

I have used it for atleast 2 to 3 years, although i dont have it now since i have SAS Pro.
