Disable option of new posts in Forum: Expired Giveaways

ok, i'm back again with something new..

The Forum: Expired Giveaways is created to move expired giveaways for future reference, rather then being deleted.

However I as a member could make a new post there, which does not sound logical..

here is the post:

So please disable posting new topics/threads in that forum and delete the test thread.
