Well, a good AV will always be incompatible with other AVs for simple reason that both work the same way and hence can conflict. You should always stick to just one AV on your system after you decide whichever is best for you.

BTW I was just referring to the current free version of Ad-aware which is more of an anti-spyware and hence compatible with other AVs.
