Question How to know which application/process is accesing hard disk?

It happens many times for me that the hard disk will be showing activity (on laptop) but the CPU & Memory usage will not change.

This however slows down and sometimes freezes the laptop.

Is there a way to know which application/process is accessing the HDD, so that I can take care of it..

Good work. It is a very nice tool and protects your PC from Auto-start items. (Like Winpatrol)
