    Is it worthwhile to install it? How does it compared with Malwarebytes AntiMalware?

    It is not a malware/spyware scanner. Spyshelter is an anti-keylogger like Keyscrambler/Zemana.

    Spyshelter also has a good "Host intrusion Prevension System". Try it
