Its really bad that one of the best free firewall is retairing. It was a real good one...

PC tools was taken over by Symantec in 2008, but they maintain their own range of products/technology.retiring.

Some good news for PCTools Firewall Plus users,
" PC Tools have announced that they have decided to continue supporting the Firewall"
