OK. I found the problem. I installed 'Traffic Shaper XP' and created rule and set download limit to 10KBPS. Then I uninstalled it, but the network driver installed by Traffic Shaper XP wasn't uninstalled and the download speed was still set to 10 KBPS only and hence I was experiencing very slow internet browsing. After uninstalling that driver speed has improved a bit.Originally Posted by Ashwin
