I am using Daniusoft Video Converter Ultimate.It is also very good.There is also a free version of this application available on their website.
I like this converter because if your mobile does not support videos after conversion ,you just send daniusoft team "your mobile name" and "model number" and they will add a output profile for your mobile phone.
