We can't just reply to a question like that without knowing more info

1. Did you try installing a Firewall?

2. What kind of FW do you want, simple one to monitor the network or use a HIPS FW (with constant popups)

Nowadays FWs are compatible with almost all AVs. Usually compatibility problems are specified by the Antivirus or Firewall developers at their websites

My recommended FWs:

Private FW (light FW, quite easier to use than the others)

Comodo FW (very strong and IMO a bit not-so-userfriendly)

Online Armor free FW (slows bootup, but makes for it with great protection)
