    Move the data on E: to some other partition or drive and do a complete format.

    Will try some of those suggestions but some of the threads are inconclusive abt the error

    That's currently not an option, will take me days to get back the PC in orginal config with all the tweaks and install all necessary apps

    It's easy.

    1. rearrange the logical partition size for C, D, F, taking space from E.
    2. move the data from E to AC/D/F
    3. format E:
    4. delete the partition for E
    5. create the partition for E
    6. Format E again, and better change the type to NTFS
    7. Check the label
